I did receive an activation code and registered online, creating a new MySteinberg account. Once activated, you should be able to use your LE 5 for an unlimited time period. Is your e-Licenser registered in your MySteinberg account? So, IS IT POSSIBLE to just authorize LE5 and if so, how, exactly? Thanks for a precise answer. The newer versions of Cubase are not as attractive to me simply because I’m running Windows XP, and LE 5 works with that operating system, newer versions call for Windows 7 or above. I’m liking the software so far and am interested in continuing it beyond the 30 day trial. I’m new to Cubase and like others here, got the software with a new product…Alesis mixer with Cubase LE 5.
